We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Site Supervisor to work at La Grand Roue de Montreal.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays, and evenings) according to business needs.
The Site supervisor will coordinate LGRDM’S activities to guarantee an effective, optimal and hospitable process. The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and assisting the, ticket booth and entrance stations as well as other stations in the site.
The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure an exceptional customer service
- Train, motivates, guides, and provides feedback to employees on daily activities
- Provides instructions and oversees the effectiveness of daily activities of the team, on behalf of the Manager, to ensure that the products and services meet the set standards
- Replaces team members and executes their activities during their absence or breaks to ensure continuity of the activities
- Provides reports to the Manager about employee’s performance, operations, guest’s feedback, etc
- Informs the team on products, procedures, policies, and regulations and ensures employees adhere to the procedures, policies and regulations
- Is the main point of contact for questions and / or issues for the team
- Performs administrative tasks such as refunds and other transactions
- Monitors that employee are fulfilling their job in accordance with the approved Brand Experience related policies and shows them how the job is done.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Previous experience as supervisor (1 to 3 years)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (Asset)
- Problem Solver
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Fluent in both French and English is required
- Self motivated and team player
