We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Barista (Part-time and Full-time) to work at La Grand Roue de Montreal’s Cafe during the summer.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays, and evenings) according to business needs.
The Barista is responsible for making coffees at the Cafe located in the middle of the site at LGRDM. The cafe Barista will provide an optimal service to guests and will follow LGRDM’s quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serving clients at the Drink Bar, providing the highest customer service standards.
- Receiving instructions and providing services and products to guests that meet the set standards.
- Processing sale transactions, cancellations, etc.
- Working on the different Drink Bar stations as needed.
- Ensuring a safe and clean workplace and being compliant with the safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Reliable and a team-player
- Able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both French and English
