We are currently looking for a full-time Ambassador to at La Grand Roue de Montreal.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays, and evenings) according to business needs.
The Ambassador is responsible for welcoming the guests to La Grande Roue de Montréal and its site, as well as responding to customer inquiries.
The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming the new client(s) to the wheel and the site.
- Communicates with the clients about the activities and facilities on the site.
- Reports to the supervisor for any particularities or (extensive) issues.
- Is available for possible questions of clients on site and answers them in a hospitable manner.
- Carriers out other job-related activities that are assigned by management or supervisor.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Highschool diploma
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in hospitality is preferred
- Fluent in both French and English
